Resolved Question: What state can I start life over at 30 years old?

I'm married with no children. I want to go back to school full-time and get a degree in Psychology. I'm thinking about Huntsville, Alabama but not really sure. I've lived in Charlotte, NC, Gurnee, IL and Michigan. I what to know whats a good state to just start over? I need to know city, states and possible schools. Serious replies only. I'm married with no children. I just want a fresh start. We plan on taking using the Post 9-11 G.I. Bill. Which gives you money for school and your living expenses.
